1 Cyclist Dead, Another Injured in Manhattan Crash

Manhattan, NYC – Two men riding on the same bicycle were struck by a hit-and-run driver of a dark-colored sedan at the intersection of Amsterdam Avenue and West 99th Street on the Upper West Side at around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. The suspect drove off abandoning the victims on the scene. Both victims were rushed to the hospital, where the 28-year-old cyclist died and the 19-year-old was treated with injuries.
