Manhattan, NY – Seven people were injured, including two boys, ages 5 and 7, after an out-of-control Nissan van slammed into the back of a black Toyota Camry on Second Avenue, causing the car to plow into a dining area and a fruit stand near East 50th Street at around 8:30 a.m. on March 5. Allegedly, the 66-year-old Nissan driver suffered a medical episode during the time of the incident.
