Bronx, NY – A 7-year-old boy was sent to the hospital in critical condition after sustaining severe burns and smoke inhalation from a second alarm fire that broke out just before 9:00 p.m. on February 10 on a three-story apartment on Findlay Avenue in Concourse Village. The boy was rushed to Bronx Lebanon Hospital for treatment of serious injuries. According to FDNY, the fire was caused by an electrical issue with a refrigerator.
