The Bronx, NY – A 73-year-old woman died while walking up the stairs to the 19th floor of her New York City apartment in Co-Op City during a power outage on February 26. Suspectedly, police say the woman collapsed when her portable oxygen tank ran out while trying to make it upstairs. First responders discovered the body unconscious and unresponsive, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
