85-Year-Old Man Injured, Firefighter Hurt in NY Home Blaze

New York – An 85-year-old man was injured and one firefighter got hurt in a fire that engulfed a Rockland County home at approximately 6:00 p.m. on the 29th of August. According to initial investigation, the blaze started on a second floor rear porch then into the house and up to the attic of the house at 19 Main Street in Monsey. Cause of the fire remains unknown.
