Alleged Drunk Driver Kills Mother and Daughter, Critically Injures Passengers in NYC

Queens, NYC – A 31-year-old mother and her 10-year-old daughter were killed in a suspected drunk driving incident near JFK International Airport at around 9:00 p.m. on July 24. The victims were in their 2019 Chevy Cruze when a 42-year-old alleged intoxicated Queens driver of a speeding 2018 Nissan Altima struck their vehicle on Rockaway Boulevard and Guy R Brewer Boulevard. Also injured in the crash are the 38-year-old front seat passenger in critical condition and the 12 and 16-year-old back seat occupants in serious condition.
