Brandon Nunez
Brandon Andres Nunez is a dedicated and results-driven attorney with a strong background in personal injury law, trial advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution. A graduate of Drake University Law School, Brandon brings a well-rounded legal foundation to the firm, shaped by hands-on courtroom experience and a deep commitment to client advocacy.
While at Drake University Law School, a top practice-oriented program, Brandon distinguished himself through a rigorous curriculum focused on litigation and negotiation, earning top grades in Trial Advocacy, Contract Drafting, and Negotiations. He also participated in the Moot Court client interview team and was an active member of the Hispanic and Latinx Law Student Association and the International Law Society.
Since entering practice, Brandon has conducted bench trials, actively participated in jury trials, and managed a wide range of cases from misdemeanors/felony criminal cases to more complex civil disputes. He is now becoming a lead advocate in the world of Labor Law. His training and background in ADR, with over 100 hours of mediation education and nearly 400 mediations completed, give him a strategic advantage in resolving matters efficiently and effectively—especially in high-stakes personal injury cases where quick and fair settlements are paramount.
Before joining the firm, Silberstein & Miklos P.C., he gained valuable experience at the City of Austin Law Office, the Dallas County Attorney’s Office, Drake Legal Clinic, NFP Development, handling prosecutorial work, criminal defense, municipal law, employment discrimination cases, landlord/tenant law, and personal injury law. He also led civil mediations across Texas as the founder of Middle Ground Mediation LLC.
In addition to his legal practice, Brandon is a fluent Spanish speaker and a staunch advocate for bilingual access to legal representation. He frequently assists with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and culturally competent service throughout the legal process.
When he’s not in the courtroom or negotiating on behalf of clients, Brandon volunteers with Dispute Resolution Centers, and is active in professional organizations like the New York Bar Association, New York Trial Lawyers Association, Latino Lawyers Bar Association of Queens and the National Hispanic Bar Association.
