Bronx Multi-Vehicle Crash Kills Elderly Couple: Legal Help

The Bronx, NY – An elderly couple succumbs to injuries caused by a multi-vehicle crash at the intersection of Allerton Avenue and East Gun Hill Road. The traumatic incident took place when the 81-year-old driver of a 1999 Lincoln Town Car, with his 74-year-old wife, failed to properly navigate the roadway and collided with a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban operated by a 51-year-old driver. A third vehicle, with a 32-year-old woman behind the wheel, tried to swerve behind the Suburban but was also hit. All patients were rushed to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi, where the female senior passenger was pronounced dead and the elderly driver deceased more than a week later.
