New York – A Brooklyn man died from a car crash in Dutchess County at around 4:15 p.m. on November 11. The tragic incident unfolded as the 37-year-old driver of a 2003 Toyota Camry headed southbound on County Route 83 allegedly failed to stop at the intersection stop sign on the roadway, and collided with a 2008 Peterbilt sanitation truck. The Toyota operator, together with his passenger, was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead and the passenger treated for non-life threatening injuries.
