Elderly Pedestrian Critically Injured in Brooklyn Hit-and-Run

Brooklyn, NY – A 72-year-old male pedestrian was critically injured in a hit-and-run incident in Bay Ridge Parkway at approximately 8:00 p.m. on February 15. According to the NYPD, an unidentified driver of a light-colored Mercedes Benz made a left turn at the intersection of Sixth Avenue at a green light and struck the elderly man crossing the street. The victim was rushed to NYU Langone-Brooklyn for sustaining severe head trauma.
