White Plains, New York – A 31-year-old female driver was arrested with aggravated driving while intoxicated and other charges when police discovered her blood alcohol content was triple the legal limit. The New Rochelle woman was driving drunk in the middle of a busy roadway before troopers stopped her vehicle on Westchester Avenue at around 11:10 p.m. on April 16.
