Garden City, NY – A 33-year-old driver of a utility truck fatally struck a bicyclist on Stewart Avenue, Garden City last August 14. The tragic incident occurred as the utility truck crashed into seven vehicles including the cyclist. Allegedly, the truck operator was driving under the influence during the time of the accident. Authorities pronounced the bicyclist dead at the scene.
