‘Good Samaritan’ Killed by Train at Harlem Station as He Intervenes in a Fight

Harlem, NY – A 57-year-old man was killed by a train as an unidentified man pushed him onto subway tracks while a train was approaching the platform on the southbound side. This horrifying incident occurred at approximately 3:25 p.m. on July 3 when the victim, considered to be a good Samaritan, intervened in a fight at a Harlem station. According to police, the male suspect was in an argument with two women at the 125th Street and Lenox Avenue 2/3 station, when the good Samaritan confronted the suspect. Authorities are conducting an ongoing investigation on the case.
