Hardhat Dies After Falling Four Stories From Brooklyn Building

Brooklyn, NYC – A 49-year-old construction worker died after falling four stories from the roof of Flatbush Bank on Duryae Place at around 8:30 a.m. on May 27. The Bronx man was working on a demolition when the piece of concrete he was standing on gave way, plunging him about 50 feet to the ground. The hardhat was rushed to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
