Queens, NYC – A Queens man died and 13 others were injured in an auto accident that occurred on Interstate 295 at around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. The tragic crash took place when a Ford Econoline van veered off the road, struck a guardrail, and flipped over, ejecting four of the 14 occupants.
