More Than a Dozen Injured After MTA Bus Crashes Into Brooklyn Building

Brooklyn, NYC – More than a dozen people were injured after an out-of-control B49 MTA bus crashed into a building at the Prospect Lefferts Garden near Bedford Avenue and Lincoln Road at around 2:00 p.m. on June 7. The bus driver, 55, lost control after his foot became lodged between the brake and accelerator. 16 people were evaluated for injuries at the scene, with 13 of them rushed to area hospitals for treatment.
