New York – A 42-year-old passenger, a New York City man, of a 2020 Mitsubishi suburban was critically injured after the vehicle he was riding in swerved, struck an earth embankment, and flipped over multiple times on NY State Thruway on December 26. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital in critical condition. The driver, a Yonkers man, sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
