Brooklyn, NYC – A tragic accident occurred on Utica Avenue, when a 26-year-old man driving a 2010 black BMW collided with the rear of a private sanitation truck that was making a left turn. The driver had two male passengers in the vehicle at the time of the accident. The collision resulted in the death of a 22-year-old passenger, while the other passenger is currently in stable condition at Brookdale Hospital. Fortunately, the two men who were in the private sanitation truck were not injured during the incident. Authorities who arrived at the scene confirmed that the 26-year-old driver was under the influence of alcohol and was taken into custody.
