Pedestrian, 88, Fatally Struck by Queens Driver Making an Illegal Turn

Queens, NYC – An 88-year-old male pedestrian was fatally struck by a Honda Fit driven by a 52-year-old driver, who made an illegal turn out of a parking lot on Northern Boulevard near 147th Street Monday night. The victim was transported to New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Queens, where he was pronounced dead.
