Queens Deadly Crash Kills 32-Year-Old Passenger

Queens, NY – A 32-year-old female passenger of a 2015 BMW driven by a 35-year-old Queens man was killed in a crash in Jamaica, Queens at around 6:50 p.m. on September 26. The BMW driver, who allegedly operated the vehicle illegally, was zooming at 97 miles per hour on Rockaway Boulevard and crashed into a metal fence. Paramedics confirmed the passenger as dead on the scene with severe head and body trauma. The Far Rockaway man was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and DWI. If convicted, the suspect will face up to 25 years in prison.
