Queens, NYC – An 82-year-old Queens woman died of her injuries two days after being struck by a 43-year-old woman driving a 2020 grey Chevrolet Traverse at the intersection of Corporal Kennedy Street and 43rd Avenue in Bayside at around 3:20 p.m. on May 23. The pedestrian was less than a block away from her house when she was hit by the SUV.
