Queens, NYC – A 29-year-old scooter driver was killed when a 60-year-old female driver of a sedan collided into two parked cars, then rammed into him before plowing into the outdoor dining area of a Peruvian restaurant at the corner of 35th Street and Ditmars Boulevard at around 7:45 p.m. on April 29. The out-of-control woman continued driving with the victim being dragged underneath her car. A 32-year-old diner was also injured in the crash.
