Manhattan, NYC – A 22-year-old Upper East Side man riding a Revel scooter was fatally struck by an alleged 44-year-old drunk driver of a Toyota Highlander near the First Avenue tunnel and East 48th Street in Midtown at around 11:15 p.m. Sunday.
