Stolen Car Crashes Into Tree in Queens, Kills Passenger

Queens, NY – A male passenger died after the driver of a stolen Acura MDX he is in crashed into a tree on Ditmars Boulevard and 94th Street at approximately 9:15 a.m. on December 8. The patient was taken by EMS personnel to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police authorities arrested the 26-year-old driver with pending charges.
