Manhattan, NYC – Police confirmed a second fatal plunge from a Manhattan building in just a week. Another deadly fall unfolded at around 1:00 a.m. on May 28 that involved a 26-year-old Bronx woman who slipped off a fire escape, while trying to reach the roof of the five-story apartment at 237 East 28th Street in Kips Bay. Paramedics discovered the unconscious and unresponsive body in a courtyard behind the building, and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
