Woman Fatally Struck by Reckless Driver in NYC

Bronx, NYC – A 31-year-old woman, who just parked her car, was fatally struck by a 42-year-old 2021 Dodge Ram driver along Bronx River Avenue near East 174th Street in Soundview at around 9:40 p.m. on September 28. The Mount Vernon man allegedly crashed into other unoccupied parked vehicles. The victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital with severe body trauma, but could not be saved.
