Woman Miraculously Unscathed After Being Pushed by Homeless Man Into a Manhattan Subway Train

Manhattan, NY – A 40-year-old woman was violently pushed by a 24-year-old homeless man into a Manhattan train hub two seconds before being struck by an oncoming subway train in the Union Square station at around 8:45 a.m. on November 19. Miraculously, the woman emerged generally unscathed. She was taken to Bellevue Hospital with minor injuries. The suspect was charged with attempted murder, assault and reckless endangerment.
