Woman on Scooter Fatally Struck by Box Truck Driver in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NYC – A 24-year-old woman driving a scooter was fatally struck by a box truck at the intersection of Meeker and Skillman Avenues in Williamsburg at around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday. The victim was transported to Bellevue Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
