32-Year-Old Car Thief Arrested Following a Police Chase that Ended in a Brooklyn Car Crash

Brooklyn, NY – A 32-year-old car thief led police officers on a chase towards Staten Island until he crashed the vehicle into an unoccupied, parked car along Fifth Avenue and 23rd Street in Brooklyn at around 1:00 a.m. on October 25. For almost an hour, cops chased the suspect through at least two New York City boroughs. The driver was taken into custody and is set to face charges.
