Brooklyn, NY – A 4-year-old boy was killed and a 6-year-old boy was seriously injured after a 66-year-old van driver struck them outside a Brooklyn yeshiva in the morning of January 4. He returned to the scene on foot after parking his van more than a mile away on Bay Parkway. Police took him into custody for probing.
