Have you been hurt through the negligence of others? You may be entitled to compensation. At Silberstein
New York City – A 46-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in Harlem around 10:15 Tuesday morning. The tragic crash unfolded when the rider got hit by an unknown suspect, while crossing Second Avenue near East 112th Street. The victim was ejected from the bike and was taken to Metropolitan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Knowing that the cause of the accident was the negligence and recklessness of another motorist, it is more painful for the victim and his or her family members to deal with the situation.
