The Bronx, NY – A 41-year-old pedestrian died in a hit-and-run case along Beach Avenue near Mansion Street in Parkchester, The Bronx. At about 9:30 p.m. of June the 24th, a Toyota Rav4 with New Jersey plates crashed into the victim while walking across the street. The driver took off from the scene. Authorities arrived at the scene with the victim unconscious suffering from head trauma, and transported the victim to an area hospital, but was pronounced dead. Police are conducting an ongoing search and investigation on the suspect.
