Manhattan, NY – A pizza delivery man on a bicycle was critically injured after a speeding 21-year-old driver of a Honda Accord struck him on Delancey Street on the Lower East Side just after 6:00 p.m. on February 8. The Honda operator fled the crash scene, but returned to the site around 30 minutes later. The victim was rushed to Bellevue Hospital for sustaining severe head injury.
