New York – A 16-year-old girl died while trying to save her 3-year-old cousin in a sledding accident at the Clyde L. Burmaster Park in upstate New York on February 6. The family affair turned into a nightmare when the sledding incident claimed the life of the teenager who saved her toddler cousin from crashing into a tree. Both patients were rushed to John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital where the teen was pronounced dead.
