Revel Scooter Crash Critically Injures Man in Manhattan

Manhattan, NY – A 30-year-old man is critically injured from a Revel scooter crash in Inwood, Manhattan. The terrible incident occurred when the Revel operator with a male passenger, 32, lost control of the scooter and slammed into a pole on Wadsworth Terrace at approximately 4:30 in the morning of July 26. The driver was transported to New York Presbyterian Columbia Hospital for sustaining severe physical injuries. Allegedly, neither were wearing helmets at the time of the accident. Investigation is ongoing.
