Bronx, NYC – A 29-year-old scooter driver was pronounced dead after his vehicle crashed into an unoccupied parked 2020 Honda Accord along Southern Boulevard next to the New York Botanical Garden in Rose Hill at approximately 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
