Senior Dies After Being Pinned by Cadillac in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NYC – A 97-year-old Brooklyn man, sitting on his walker, died when a 2008 Cadillac Escalade mounted the curb on Brighton Beach Avenue and pinned him between a bank and the car. This devastating crash happened when the 79-year-old driver pulled out of a parking spot at around 3:45 p.m. on April 7, but jumped the curb and struck the senior. The victim was rushed to NYU Langone Hospital, but was pronounced dead.
