Teen in Coma Following Lyft Crash in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NY – An 18-year-old Lyft passenger is in coma after being critically injured from a car crash on Ocean Avenue around 3:30 a.m. on August 18. The devastating wreck involved a Toyota Camry Lyft for-hire vehicle that was struck by a four-door Audi sedan traveling eastbound on Beverly Road in Brooklyn. The Audi operator including two other passengers escaped the scene on foot. The male teenage victim remains in a medically induced coma and may have a permanent brain injury.
