Tragic Car Crash Kills Bronx Man and Injures Three

Wallkill, NY – A Bronx man driving a 2007 Honda Accord traveling west on Route 17 in Wallkill died in a fiery car accident that occurred at about 12:30 p.m. of June 19 on State Route 17. The tragic crash also injured three people when the Honda operator lost control of the vehicle, went down the embankment, and hit a tree. The Fire Department authorities attempted to extricate the victim from the car engulfed in flames; however, he couldn’t be saved. The three other passengers, including a 3-year-old girl, were able to escape from the vehicle and were transported to an area hospital.
