Woman Died After Being Struck by Tractor in Brooklyn Crash

Bronx, NY – A 27-year-old woman driving her newly purchased used car was killed on-the-spot on the Cross Bronx Expressway just after midnight on August 5. While she was exiting her car which broke down on the side of the road to call for help, a tractor trailer crashed into the disabled vehicle pinning her between the car and the overpass. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
