23 Year Old Man Critically Injured in West Islip Crash 2026 Update

West Islip, NY – A 23-year-old man was left in critical condition after a vehicular accident that took place in West Islip at approximately 12:30 a.m. on September 11. Allegedly, the driver drove off the road and hit a guardrail causing the car to overturn.
