Port Jefferson, NY – A 63-year-old Mount Sinai man died from a head-on collision that occurred in Port Jefferson at around 2:45 p.m. on September 15. The fatal crash happened when the driver, who was traveling westbound on North Country Road, tried making a left into a parking lot and slammed into another car headed eastbound.
