31-Year-Old Man Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash in Queens

Queens, NY – According to NYPD Highway District’s Collision Investigation Squad, a 31-year-old man driving a white 2017 BMW 440 sedan traveling northbound on 95th Street ran a red light at the 35th Avenue intersection in Jackson Heights, Queens and collided with a tan 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 30-year-old driver behind the wheel around half past midnight on June 30. As soon as paramedics arrived, they determined the BMW driver unconscious and unresponsive. He was rushed to NYC Health Hospitals in Elmhurst, where he was pronounced deceased. The BMW female passenger, 27, and the Jeep driver were also taken to the hospital and in stable condition.
