As soon as paramedics arrived, they determined the BMW driver unconscious and unresponsive. He was rushed to NYC Health Hospitals in Elmhurst, where he was pronounced deceased. The BMW female passenger, 27, and the Jeep driver were also taken to the hospital and in stable condition.
