David Saxman

David Saxman is an associate at Silberstein, & Miklos P.C. His practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and other personal injury actions.

A graduate of New York University School of Law, David was selected for the prestigious Excelsior Service Fellowship Program in 2019.

Prior to joining the firm, David worked at a New York State government agency and immersed himself in the regulatory intricacies of innovative and cutting-edge financial technologies. This included navigating the complexities surrounding Bitcoin and various other forms of cryptocurrency.
