Rocco Riccobono

Rocco Riccobono is an accomplished plaintiff’s personal injury attorney with over 25 years of experience representing seriously injured clients. He was recognized in Best Lawyers for 2024, 2025, and 2026. His practice focuses on complex personal injury litigation, including serious motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, wrongful death, and product liability cases. Rocco attended the University of Chicago and, during his junior year, studied in the Brown University International Studies Program. He later attended New York Law School where he received the Dean’s Scholarship and was invited to join the law journal. He graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During law school, he served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He has also performed significant pro bono work through the New York City Bar Justice Center.
