Braelan Barnett

Braelan Barnett is an associate at Silberstein and Miklos, where he represents plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice cases. A Washington native, Braelan began his career in medicine as a medical student at the University of Washington before ultimately choosing to pursue law, driven by a desire to advocate for patients harmed by preventable medical errors. He earned his law degree from the University of Arizona, where he studied water resource law, sharpening the analytical skills he now brings to high-stakes litigation. Braelan handles a wide range of medical malpractice matters, including stroke cases, birth injuries, medication errors, pressure ulcers, surgical mistakes, and missed diagnoses.
