2 dead in a fatal crash in Queens
Queens, NYC – A speeding Dodge Challenger side-swiped a Mazda CX-5, which resulted to 2 fatalities on the Belt Parkway near Springfield Boulevard.
The challenger collided with a pole, splitting it in half. Both the driver and a rear passenger were ejected, resulting in the death of the 29-year-old woman.
The driver was transported to a hospital but later succumbed to their injuries. The Mazda’s driver remained at the scene and was unharmed.
As investigations continue, authorities are working diligently to gather all relevant information and ascertain the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
