59-year-old woman dead, one injured in a motor vehicle crash in Suffolk County
Lindenhurst, NYC – A 59-year-old woman was killed in a motor vehicle crash when the motorcycle driver failed to stop at a red light on Route 109 in Lindenhurst.
The 56-year-old motorcycle driver caused the crash when he was driving eastbound when his motorcycle crashed with the victim’s Honda Civic.
Authorities have revealed that the victim had a 12-year-old passenger who sustained minor injuries and was subsequently transported to the hospital for treatment.
