Nassau County, NYC – A 63-year-old man driving a Chevrolet Impala was killed in a collision with a GMC Acadia on Commander Avenue in Nassau County.

According to authorities, the accident occurred when the driver attempted to make a left turn onto the southbound lane in West Babylon, but was struck by an 18-year-old man driving a GMC Acadia in the westbound lane.

The 63-year-old driver was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The 18-year-old driver, on the other hand, did not sustain any injuries.
